The notice announced the comment period for Modernization of Customs Broker Regulations (85 FR 34836) and Elimination of Customs Broker District Permit Fee (85 FR34549). 

The NPRM Comments must be received by CBP Office of Trade, Trade and Commercial Regulations and Rulings Branch http://www.regulations.gov on or before August 4, 2020.
