Please always first check with the cargo office (404) 675-1302, but in the event of an emergency shipment (human remains, perishables) and the cargo office is not available, please contact Entry & Clearance at (404) 765-2300 or 2301. That office is staffed from 0530 to 1900 hrs daily and officers there have ACS access and should be able to assist with inquiries on cargo. Additionally, a CBP administrative supervisor can be contacted at (404) 765-2248.
