Updated Version of PTT Permit to Transfer Ocean CAMIR and TS-356 Information posted on CBP.govPlease be advised that the updated Draft versions of the CAMIR Permit to Transfer in CAMIR Chapters and TS-356 Permit to Transfer under X12 IGs has been posted on CBP.gov. The updates include additional notes to PTT Quantity field of the CAMIR Permit to Transfer and on the T02 Record and under M2011 Quantity field on the TS-356 Permit to Transfer X12 IG.

APHIS Core Message Set Announces Release of Fruit and Vegetable Name Validation ListOn August 27, 2022, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will deploy Collections Release 6 to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). This release will impact CBP and trade community users. For users in the trade community, this release will:
Provide visibility into refund history within ACE Reports starting with refunds issued after August 29, 2022. The trade community will be able to access the report through the ACE Secure Data Portal.Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) refunds will no longer override the 4811 on file.  No changes to refund timelines.No updates to the CATAIR.Attached is a copy of the ACE Collections Release 6 – Trade Pre-Deployment Brief from Tuesday, August 23, 2022.

To support users following this deployment CBP will be hosting a Post-Deployment Support Call for trade users on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. ET. Please join the meeting using this meeting link. Participants are encouraged to join at the start of the call when ACE Collections will provide a brief deployment status update. A question-and-answer segment will follow. Calls may end early if all questions have been addressed.

Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2222 created on August 9, 2022Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2222 was created on August 9, 2022 and contains 181 ABI records and 24 Harmonized Tariff Records.
HSU 2222 contains changes from the July 22, 2022, temporary rates of duty on imports of certain infant formula. Questions or concerns should be directed to Entry Summary, Accounts & Revenue Division (ESAR) at esar@cbp.dhs.gov.
